We offer compassionate care from Dr. Kim Lehnert and our knowledgeable therapists to help our Long Island patients from all walks of life. We treat everyone from children to teens, to adults. We know how hard it is for those suffering from mental health problems and we want you to know that there are proven ways that Dialectical Behavior Therapy can help. This includes individual therapy sessions, skills training in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, middle path skills, and interpersonal relationships. These important components of DBT will help you or your loved one to balance change and acceptance. DBT Skills coaching is also available between sessions and weekly group sessions involving the family of patients is available.
